"Gården" ("the yard") is one of the two paintings, I made for Køge Specialskole (Køge special school). At my clients request and wish, the text says "Gården".

The painting is inspired by Nordic ornamentation and dragon-belief.
Behind the painting there is a 'black hole', which is a symbol of the mythology and this is where it all comes alive. Everything which sticks out and reaches the white, the clinical and rational, becomes feeble, black/white and dead.
